In the completely fenced yard of the villa there is a parking lot with three parking spaces.

Near the villa there is a pebbly beach, typical of the Dalmatian coast, full of white stones. The enchanting sea coast hides various specialties that are located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. One such place is Zmajevo oko, a small salt lake located on the Gradina peninsula near Marina Frapa. A little further away is hidden Plava uvala, perfect for idyllic afternoons in the company of loved ones.
Although it is located in an isolated position that ensures complete privacy and peace, not far from the villa there are various facilities such as bars, restaurants, shops, etc. And in the slightly more distant seaside town of Primošten you will find various facilities such as night clubs, cultural events or facilities for active rest. The diverse offer of sports activities includes water sports such as sailing, diving or swimming. You can also enjoy other types of activities such as cycling or a simple walk in nature.

For all those who prefer sightseeing and exploring cultural and historical monuments, the historical cities of Šibenik in the north and Split in the south are located a little further. For example, Diocletian's Palace is located in Split, one of the most important ancient buildings not only in Croatia but also in the world. In Šibenik, you will find an extremely large number of Renaissance and Baroque buildings of exceptional architectural and historical importance, such as the Cathedral of St. Jakov or, for example, the fortress of St. Nicholas.
