The hotel is currently categorized as 3***, it consists of ten accommodation units (four apartments and six rooms) that can accommodate approx. 30 people. All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and safe.

In addition to the reception on the ground floor, the hotel also has an aperitif bar with a TV lounge and a restaurant with two terraces, as well as a tavern with a garden terrace, and right next to the hotel there is a special facility (once used for service) in which there is a fully equipped professional kitchen and can be converted and used as additional accommodation capacities or for other purposes.

All floors are connected by a central (internal) staircase and an elevator, so that the hotel, in addition to tourist purposes, is suitable and ideal for housing elderly and disabled people (home for the elderly and infirm), which, due to its orientation and mild climate, could be used throughout the year.

Under the hotel (in the basement of the building) there is a large area that was once used as a bar-bowling alley, which can also be used for other purposes (laundry room, storage room, etc.).

The beaches are one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic, with a sea that is always crystal clear. As for the historical heritage, in Mali Lošinj there is the Apoxyomena museum, which houses an original bronze statue of the Greek Apoxyomena, over 2000 years old.
